I'm a little late on this one, but it's been gnawing at me. Michael Phelps and his harmless incident of smoking a pot-filled bong at a party. Commentator after commentator was appalled that Kellogg declined to re-sign him as their spokesperson because of this incident. One said it was the only cool thing he'd seen Phelps do besides winning those gold medals.
I'm appalled that this is considered by so many to be accepted behavior. The next time Phelps and these commentators fire up, maybe they should ask themselves how many people were murdered and beheaded to bring them this harmless little pleasure. Perhaps we could show them films of the mass graves filled with tortured, broken bodies, all done at the behest of those drug 'entrepreneurs' in Mexico.
How many U.S. murdering gang coffers are being filled with white collar money for this "harmless" pastime?
So the next time someone says how great weed is compared to alcohol and shouldn't be illegal, let them know that until it's declared legal, they're as guilty of murder as the drug lords and gangs who provided them with their bit of recreation.
And the bodies continue to pile up.
